姚政权，博士，博士生导师，自然资源部第一海洋研究所研究员，自然资源部海洋地质与成矿作用重点实验室副主任，国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家。长期致力于亚洲大陆边缘海洋沉积与全球变化研究，在Nature Communications、 Global and Planetary Change等期刊发表学术论文80余篇，作为共同主编和副主编出版《渤海、黄海和东海沉积有机碳分布图》图集和《中国近海海洋-海洋底质》专著。主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学青年科学基金项目（A类）等项目。获得海洋科学技术一等奖、海洋工程科学技术一等奖。获海洋领域优秀科技青年、山东省优秀地质科技工作者等称号，入选自然资源部高层次科技创新人才计划。
